Shipping & Orders

  • Rieglers ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International orders cannot be processed.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

  • Once your purchase is completed, Rieglers will ship your item(s) within 7 Business Days. Pre-orders are excluded from this timeframe and will ship once they become available.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make adjustments to your order. Please reach out to us via our contact page with all the needed information.

  • We offer a wide variety of payment options for your convenience. Including all major credit card issuers, PayPal, and more.

  • Rieglers will notify you via email as your order is being processed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Collaborations, swimwear, underwear and discounted items are excluded from our Return Policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused or unworn items can be returned within 14 days after you received the order. Rieglers does not cover the shipping costs for returns. To start the return process, please contact us here.

  • We are happy to assist you in making an exchange on qualifying orders/products.

    See our Return Policy on this page (One FAQ above this one) to determine if your order qualifies for an exchange. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original order’s arrival date and must be of equal or greater value. Please note that we can only exchange items that would qualify for a return under our Return Policy requirements.

  • Rieglers items require special care. Please follow care instructions accordingly. If you cannot locate the care instructions for your item(s), please contact us here. We do not offer returns/exchanges on worn or used items.
